• Visual Studio Code. I’ve been using VSCode for a while now and its become my go to editor for everything.
• Railscasts Plus editor theme.
• FiraCode. A great font with support for ligatures.

Tools

• GraphQL Playground. Used to both test/build my GraphQL APIs and interact with the production endpoints.

Engineer

In my day to day as an engineer I have a go-to list of tools that I use almost every day.

• Remote Desktop Connection Manager. Extremely useful for keeping track of remote sessions at multiple sites.
• Slack.
• ownCloud. Great for maintaining shared resources between all our engineers.
• Notable. Keeps my notes in order.
